Order and payment

The store reserves the right to refuse to fulfill the order if the product is unavailable.

Delivery
Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine by the selected delivery service.
Delivery times depend on the carrier. The store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Exchange and return

Exchange of goods is possible only in case of size mismatch.

Exchange is possible under the following conditions:

• the product was not used

• Product appearance, tags and packaging preserved

Shipping costs for exchanges are paid by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed separately.

Responsibility
The store is not responsible for the buyer's incorrect size selection or minor color differences in the product due to screen settings.
